What are the best ways to secure your services? Methods of payments?


50% deposit and a signed contract need to be received for booking our service. We take etransfer, cheque and cash payments for the deposit. More details will be presented to you via email once you have made a decision to book us.




Can I add/change the quote after I pay the deposit?


Yes, you can always add or change the number of services 1 month prior to your wedding day. Simply send us an email and inform us.ays after your trial, you will still get the package price.




Can I change my ready time (makeup and hair complete time) after I sign the contract?


Most brides already have their ready time confirmed at the time of inquiry, however, we do understand if things get changed. We allow changes made throughout the planning process of your wedding UNLESS there is other events booked with us on the same day. You may send us an email to discuss about the options of time changing.




Is the deposit refundable?


No. The deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards other services provided by us.




Is gratuity included in the price?


No, gratuity is not included in our price, but are certainly welcome :) We leave that up to you :)




How many artists does the travel cost include?


The travel cost includes 1 artist. If more artists are needed in a given time period, additional travel cost will be added.




What is the next step after I receive the quote?


A quote link will be sent to you for approval. If the quote looks good to you, approve the link and then you will be directed to review and sign a contract. After contract is signed, you can select payment method for putting down a deposit.




What is the next step after I paid deposit?


Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your deposit. We will send over a confirmation email along with payment receipts, instructions of how to book the trial and details about how to prepare for your appointment, etc.




What is a handling fee?


The handling fee is only for wedding bookings. This fee is for us to maintain our professional one-stop makeup and hair booking services, with our private customer concierge to each of our valuable clients, we do: 1. Unlimited free email/phone consultation from booking steps to style advises 2. Unlimited adjustment to your orders 3. Precisely handpicked professional artist team based on your style and preferences 4. Booking day makeup and hair timeline arrangement and artist team coordination




Will my friend have a referral discount?


Thank you for sharing your love with our team! If you are our past wedding client, we have a referral discount for your friend with her mentioning your full name and wedding date at the inquiry.




Cancellation and rescheduling policy during Covid 19


Deposit is non-refundable according to industrial standards as our artist holds the date for the client exclusively. Any adjustment in the services, the fees will be adjusted in the ending balance.

  • With at least 2 months prior notice,
    • If the contract need to be cancelled, the deposit can be switched to the client's credit that can be used within 1 year. ($200 handling fee and service charges that have already been done will be substracted)
    • If the contract needs to be rescheduled, the deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to the rate change) with a $50 handling fee.
  • With less than 2 months cancellation and reschedul notice, the deposit is non-refundable and non- transferrable.




In home safety protocol and what to expect during your service


Health and safety has never been more important and we are taking extreme measures to ensure we are doing our part to eliminate the spread of COVID-19. During the appointment: Clients should have a designated area and/or a towel laid out for aritsts to put their kits. Artists will wear a mask during the service. All products and tools will be wiped down and sanitized on the spot before use on a client using proper sanitation techniques. Cooperation and responsibility: We ask that our artists and clients alike take care of themselves and others. We encourage you to monitor your health daily. Take your temperature. If you are sick or feeling any symptoms, please cancel your appointment. We are all in this together.
