What are the best ways to secure your services? Methods of payments?
Can I add/change the quote after I pay the deposit?
Can I change my ready time (makeup and hair complete time) after I sign the contract?

No, gratuity is not included in our price, but are certainly welcome :) We leave that up to you :)
How many artists does the travel cost include?
The travel cost includes 1 artist. If more artists are needed in a given time period, additional travel cost will be added.
What is the next step after I receive the quote?
A quote link will be sent to you for approval. If the quote looks good to you, approve the link and then you will be directed to review and sign a contract. After contract is signed, you can select payment method for putting down a deposit.
What is the next step after I paid deposit?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your deposit. We will send over a confirmation email along with payment receipts, instructions of how to book the trial and details about how to prepare for your appointment, etc.
What is a handling fee?
Will my friend have a referral discount?
Thank you for sharing your love with our team! If you are our past wedding client, we have a referral discount for your friend with her mentioning your full name and wedding date at the inquiry.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy during Covid 19
With at least 2 months prior notice,
If the contract need to be cancelled, the deposit can be switched to the client's credit that can be used within 1 year. ($200 handling fee and service charges that have already been done will be substracted)
If the contract needs to be rescheduled, the deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to the rate change) with a $50 handling fee.
With less than 2 months cancellation and reschedul notice, the deposit is non-refundable and non- transferrable.
